By accessing and using TrackMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Course access & validity

Purchased courses and tests have a specified validity period. Access is granted to the registered user only and is non-transferable.

3. Payment & refund policy

All payments are processed securely. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

4. Prohibited activities

Users must not share accounts, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, distribute test content, or engage in any fraudulent activities. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual property

All content on TrackMind, including tests, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Ivaan Information Technology and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of liability

TrackMind is not responsible for your actual exam performance. Our platform is a preparatory tool. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
