Refund Policy

1. Refund eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have attempted less than 5 tests in the purchased course.

2. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The 7-day period has expired.
  • You have attempted 5 or more tests.
  • Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
